Customer Experience Intern

The Role

Join this HR tech startup as a paid, for-credit intern working 20+ hours per week with a minimum of 4 hours per day. We can guarantee your time here will give you real-world experience and prepare you for a successful launch into the working world.  

We are looking for a superstar to join our team; someone who rises to the occasion and is not afraid to challenge themselves. We want someone who is a self-starter and open to learning and growth. Marketing or Entrepreneurship majors who are great communicators (both written and oral) and problem-solving are ideal for this role.   

Our customers are our most valuable asset and developing a trusting relationship is paramount to our success. So, the experience that you will craft will directly affect the health of our relationships with our customers. Just like our carefully curated dashboards, our customer experience strategy needs to be tailored to develop a trusting relationship.  

 Your work with us will involve: 

  • Supporting the Customer Experience Team 
  • Taking the lead on e-mail & communication campaigns  
  • Managing the customer-facing knowledge base and help desk content 
  • Providing customer support throughout the onboarding process 
  • Data mapping and evaluation projects   
  • Thinking both critically and creatively to solve for customer business solutions
