The Business Administration Internship is a unique role where responsibilities will be cross-functional, working across both Beyond Payroll subsidiaries, & HireCredit.

About HireCredit
HireCredit is an employment tax credit processor that optimizes and automates hiring-based tax credit programs for employers. We help identify and certify employer tax credits like the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and Federal Empowerment Zone (FEZ) through an almost people-less and paper-less process. Our commitment is to help employers earn more credits while removing the hassles of the typical tax credit process.
The role
Join this HR tech startup as a paid, for-credit internship working 18+ hours per week with a minimum of 4 hours worked per day (M-F, 9-5). We can guarantee your time here will give you real-world experience and prepare you for a successful launch into the working world.
We are looking for a superstar to join our team; someone who rises to the occasion and is not afraid to challenge themselves. We want someone who is a self-starter, detail oriented, and accountable. Accounting, Finance, or MIS majors are preferred. Summer and Fall openings available.
Your work with us will support both the Finance and Executive team by
  • Providing cross-functional company reporting & maintaining company "scorecard"
  • Assisting with the design, testing & implementation of automated billing systems
  • Daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
  • Assisting with monthly reconciliations
  • Maintaining Salesforce CRM database
  • Design & implement workflow processes that help the business run smoother
  • Document management using DocuSign
