Indianapolis, IN – Internship

Job Description

We are looking for a superstar to join our team; someone who rises to the occasion and is not afraid to challenge themselves. We want someone who is a self-starter and open to learning and growth. Communications, Marketing, Finance, or Entrepreneurship majors who are great communicators (both written and oral) and who find problem-solving energizing are ideal for this role. 

Our customers are our most valuable asset and developing a trusting relationship is paramount to our success. So, the experience that you will craft will directly affect the health of our relationship with our customers. Just like our carefully curated dashboards, our customer experience strategy needs to be tailored to develop a trusting relationship.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leading and improving customer e-mail campaign context and delivery 
  • Managing the customer-facing knowledge base and help desk content  
  • Data mapping and evaluation projects  
  • Providing customer support throughout the onboarding process  
  • Thinking both critically and creatively to solve for customer business solutions 
  • Collaborating with and supporting the Customer Experience Team 

Who you’ll be working with

Our team has 120+ years of experience in HCM and software and is well equipped to help you develop your career path. With experience in sales, application design and engineering, entrepreneurship, finance, and customer support, you won’t find a group more prepared to take on the HCM software market. You will be working hand-in-hand with our VP of Customer Experience, Elizabeth Greene, to craft the customer experience which provides long-term success for analytic.li.
